A person (male) born in 1979, who was injured as a result of an explosion in Jabrayil district, was hospitalized at 21:30 on 23.07.2026 to Fuzuli District Central Hospital, reported by TABIB in response to APA's inquiry.
He was diagnosed with a displaced fracture of the middle 1/3 of his right femur, and a displaced open fracture of the fibula and ulna.
Currently, the patient's treatment is continuing in the relevant department and his condition is assessed as serious.

It was reported that Shamilov Elshan Bahlul, a resident of Gumlag village of Jabrayil region, born in 1979, was injured as a result of a mine explosion while plowing land with a tractor in an area that had not been cleared of mines.
An investigation into the fact is underway at the Jabrayil District Prosecutor's Office.
