Baku. Victoria Dementyeva – APA. “What happened in Khojaly and Srebrenica make us share our practice with the whole world so that such events are not repeated,” Foreign Minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zlatko Lagumdžija, who is on a visit to Baku, told journalists, APA reports.”
He reminded that BH Parliament approved a resolution on Khojaly and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
“I support such decision of the parliament because it is 20 years since the first resolution adopted in UN Security council in 1993.”
“We are very connected in experience of people in Khojaly and other cities who suffered from such a crime. Because Srebrenica experience was an example of war crime, act of genocide just few years after Khojaly. It is something that makes us responsible in sharing the thoughts with everyone in the world. I know very well how much UN institutions are slow and how much injustice is present after such crimes like we suffered from. So we should to learn a lesson from the past,” he said.
