Azerbaijanâ€™s President receives vice chairman of US Senate Select Committee on Intelligence

Stressing that "Azerbaijan-US “Vision for the future" forum was held at the high level, President Ilham Aliyev noted the importance of productive discussions on our partnership held at the event attended by more than 300 representatives from the US.

Senator Saxby Chambliss that they witnessed the great progress in our country both during the leadership of Heydar Aliyev and Ilham Aliyev. He thanked President Ilham Aliyev for development of partnership relations between our countries in many spheres.

They stressed the successful development of bilateral relations in various directions, including in the fields of energy, counterterrorism, security and etc, highly assessed our country’s contribution to the energy security of Europe and exchanged views on the prospects of our cooperation.
