Baku. Victoria Dementyeva–APA. “Azerbaijan and Armenia have not yet replied to CE Secretary General on visit of mission, which will monitor cultural and historical monumentsâ€, Robert Palmer, Council of Europe Director for Culture, Cultural and Natural Heritage, told APA.
To him, if Baku and Yerevan allow mission to visit region, the visit will be realized in September or October. Palmer added that route of mission would be coordinated with both countries.
