Foreign diplomats meet Azerbaijani opposition members - <font color=red>UPDATED</font>

APA reports that head of the Council of Europe’s representation in Azerbaijan, Constantinos Yerokostopoulos, German Ambassador to Azerbaijan Herbert Quelle, representatives of embassies of US, Norway, Latvia, Poland, Greece and other countries participated in the meeting held in the headquarters of the Musavat Party. Musavat Partyâ€™s Chairman Isa Gambar, APFPâ€™s Chairman Ali Karimli and other members of the Public Chamberâ€™s Coordination Council Ilgar Ibrahimoglu, Leyla Aliyeva, Zafar Guliyev, Panah Huseyn and Kochari Naghilbeyli also participated in the meeting.

After the meeting, CC member, Musavat Partyâ€™s Chairman Isa Gambar told journalists that it was one of the traditional meetings. About 20 diplomats attended the meeting. According to Gambar, the meeting focused on situation in the country and region, Azerbaijan-Europe relations, persons arrested on April 2 rally of 2011, arrested journalists, arrest of coordinator of headquarters of â€œKur Civil Societyâ€ Ogtay Gulaliyev, beating of journalist Idrak Abbasov and other issues.
