Serbian ambassador: â€œThe liberation of Azerbaijanâ€™s occupied territories is necessaryâ€ - <font color=red>PHOTO</font>

The relations between the heads of states raised the bilateral relations between our countries to the highest level. We support each other within all international organizationsâ€, said Serbian ambassador to Azerbaijan Zoran Vajovic at the press conference dedicated to the Statehood Day of the Republic of Serbia, APA reports.

â€œOur relations with Azerbaijan were established on the basis of recognitions of territorial integrity of two countries, norms and principles of the international law. Serbia protects Azerbaijanâ€™s territorial integrity and will do it in the future. Serbia protects Azerbaijan on Nagorno Karabakh conflict issue. The liberation of Azerbaijanâ€™s occupied territories is necessaryâ€.

The ambassador underlined the importance of Serbiaâ€™s chairmanship to PACE. The ambassador noted that Azerbaijani representatives would participate in â€œSlaviaâ€ international festival, which will be held in Belgrade next month: â€œThe Serbian-Azerbaijani dictionaries are being printed in Serbia and Azerbaijan, Kurban Saidâ€™s â€œAli and Ninoâ€ and Pavicâ€™s â€œCaspian dictionaryâ€ works are being translated. A monument to Heydar Aliyev was erected in Belgrade and monument to distinguished Azerbaijani composer Uzeyir Hajibeyli was erected in Novi Sad. A monument to Serbian scientists Nikola Tesla will be erected in Baku in the near future. Besides, the Serbian journalists prepare items about â€œEurovision-2012â€.
