Baku – APA. On July 26, President of the Republic of Poland Bronislaw Komorowski visited Bibiheybat Bay in Baku to pay tribute to famous Polish engineer Pavel Pototski, who made great contribution to the development of oil industry in Azerbaijan. According to APA, first vice president of the Azerbaijan State Oil Company – SOCAR, Academician Khoshbakht Yusifzadeh informed the guest about the history of oil industry and offshore oil production in Azerbaijan and Pototski’s role in this work.
President Komorowski ended his official visit to Azerbaijan. He was seen off at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport by First Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Yagub Eyyubov and other government officials. The Polish President left for Tbilisi.
