US President Donald Trump assured that he has not abandoned his support for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, despite their differences on certain issues.
"No, not at all. We get along very well," the American leader said in an interview with radio host Hugh Hewitt, commenting on media reports that he had decided to no longer support Netanyahu. "Sometimes I disagree with him. And I say that openly. And I'm right," Trump added, referring to Netanyahu.
"He's a wartime prime minister. He's doing a good job," the American leader emphasized. Trump believes that if he or Netanyahu hadn't held office, "Israel wouldn't exist today" due to Iran's actions.
