Polish President: â€œAzerbaijan is a country, which is playing very important role in the regionâ€

According to APA, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said Azerbaijan attached great significance to this visit and he believed this visit would contribute to the development of Azerbaijan-Polish relations. â€œOur relations cover many spheres. I believe the agreements we reached during the visit will give new impetus to the cooperation. The political relations are in high level and at the same time, the economic relations also have good prospects. Today we discussed the energy cooperation too. We would like that our relations to cover all spheres and Azerbaijani-Polish friendship to be developed successfullyâ€.

In his turn, Polish President Komorowski said he knew Azerbaijan as a country, which is playing very important role in the region. â€œOf course, our relations will be developed more after this visit. Both countries reached their independence 20 years ago and both derive advantage from this important value. It is felt in the economic sphere too and economic indexes in the two countries prove it. The economic achievements of Azerbaijan make this country more respectable. From this perspective, business groups increased their interest in your country. We highly appreciate your achievementsâ€.
