Constitution day of the Kingdom of Belgium held in Baku

BakÄ±.Habil Suleyman-zadeh-APA. On occasion of National Holiday, Constitution Day of Belgium, the Embassy of Belgium in Azerbaijan held a reception, on July 21. Luc Trujen, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Belgium to Azerbaijan speaking at the ceremonial reception, mentioned about historic development way and role of Belgium in the modern world. Underlining Belgiumâ€™s role as co-founder state of European Union, Luc Trujen said Azerbaijan follows integration to European Union policy. Ambassador also spoke about Belgiumâ€™s full support to Azerbaijanâ€™s integration policy to EU. Expressing his satisfaction for Azerbaijan-Beglium relations, he talked about his hope on rising this tendency in the future.
In the ceremony, talking on behalf of Republic of Azerbaijan Minister of Youth and Sports Azad Rahimov , said that bilateral and within EU. Azerbaijan- Belgium relations continue to develop. According to Azerbaijani minister economic, political and humanitarian relations between two countries are flourishing.
While, the ceremony continued with artistic part. Azerbaijani pianist and composer Nazim Afandiyev, living in Belgium performed at the concert. Nazrin Afandiyeva, granddaughter of distinguished Azerbaijani musician Fikrat Amirov also favored guests to spend a nice time with her performance.
