Mammadyarov presented Azerbaijani Presidentâ€™s presents to Russian side the response to Medvedev’s letter on settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict

Azerbaijani FM refused to make public the details of the letter: â€œIt wonâ€™tâ€™ be right to publicize the details of the letter because it is the letter of the Azerbaijani president to Russian presidentâ€ â€“ said Mammadyarov.

The minister also said that it was needed to wait for the response of Armenian side.

â€œIn general, Azerbaijan considers that the progress was achieved at Kazan meeting. Of course, everybody wanted the breakthrough, but anyway we are moving progressively. Everyone understands that the current situation dissatisfy none of the sides, including the co-chairs â€“ US, Russian and France and our neighbors. We must move forward in this context. The occupation of the territories, ethnic cleaning, the problems of refugees and IDPs must remain in the past, the cooperation, development, prosperity must turn into main issue for the region, including Azerbaijan and Armeniaâ€ â€“ said Mammadyarov.

Lavrov said that Dmitry Medvedev hasnâ€™t still familiarized himself with the letter.
