Bernar Fassier: â€œThe death of 13-years old Azerbaijani girl if a big tragedyâ€

APA reports that the diplomat named it the big tragedy. According to Fassier, this incident proved again that the mechanism of investigation of such incidents proposed recently by the Minsk Group would be profitable: â€œIt is important for the sides to adopt these mechanisms both from prevention of human loss and prevention of the aggravation of situation. The last tragedy has showed it againâ€.

Shahmaliyeva Aygun Zireddin, 13, was killed, her mother Shahmaliyeva Elnara Mammadtagi, 32, injured in the thigh as the explosive device blasted in Tovuz regionâ€™s Alibeyli village that borders on Armenia.

The toy resembling a dog with a built-in explosive device was floated down the Tovuz river by Armenians. Jafarov Elsever Hasan and Shahmaliyeva Aygun Zireddin found the toy and brought it to the house of Jafarov Hasan. While playing Shahmaliyeva threw the toy on the table, blast happened as a result of it.

Similar incident happened in 1994. Two children were killed, one injured as the toy put into the river by Armenians blasted.
