Russian President Dmitry Medvedev congratulates Polad Bulbuloglu

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev congratulated the Azerbaijani ambassador to Russia, composer Polad Bulbuloglu on his 65th birthday, APA reports quoting the official website of the Russian President. The President noted in the telegram that Polad Bulbuloglu plays the main role in the development of the relations between Azerbaijan and Russia:
â€œBeing Azerbaijani ambassador to Russia you do your best for the development of friendship, cooperation relations between our nations and countries, pay especial attention to increase multilateral humanitarian cooperation in CIS. Your practice, creative ability to solve difficult problems and of course, your popularity helps you to achieve success in such responsible job. You are known as a talented composer and singer not only in Russia and CIS, but also in a number of other countries.â€
