Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan has spoken about the possibility of the United States lifting its sanctions, APA's Türkiye bureau reports.
Speaking to TRT Haber on the outcomes of the NATO Ankara Summit, Hakan Fidan said that ministerial-level contacts on the CAATSA sanctions (Countering America's Adversaries Through Sanctions Act) and the F-35 issue are continuing.
"We do not want sanctions among allies. I hope we will be able to reach an agreement soon, and no problems will arise," Hakan Fidan said.
