Baku. Viktoria Dementieva – APA. Council on cooperation between European Union and South Caucasus countries held a meeting in Luxembourg, APA reports. The development of the bilateral relations, energy issues, improvement of information technologies and Nagorno Karabakh conflict were discussed at the meeting of EU-Azerbaijan Council. Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov held a press conference on the outcomes of the meeting. Elmar Mammadyarov said they focused attention on the development of Eastern partnership program, contract on the associative relations with EU, delivery of energy resources to Europe.
“Dialogue on the settlement of Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict was also discussed at the meeting,†he said.
