The Co-Chairs said in a joint statement issued on Thursday that the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict is an independent process. The co-chairs once more confirmed the statements by their countries that the Minsk process is an independent, must move forward in accordance with its own logic without any preconditions, and within a reasonable time. Robert Bradtke said the Co-Chairs’ joint statement kept US long-term view on the issue: “I met with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian in New York. The Secretary of State appreciated the minister’s role and efforts in the settlement process”.
