Baku – APA. Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev offered his condolences to President of Turkey Abdullah Gul, Azerbaijani President’s press service told APA. The head of state underlined that he was shaken when he heard the news about the deadly natural disaster in Turkey.
“I share your grief, offer condolences to You, the families and relatives of victims, all Turkish people on behalf Azerbaijani people and on my behalf, wish recovery to the injured people,†he said.
24 were killed in Istanbul, 7 in Trakya as floods hit Turkey on September 8. The floods destroyed houses, swept cars into the sea.
