The Azerbaijani Champions, "Qarabag" FC, achieved a convincing 4-0 victory against "Lincoln" from Gibraltar, in the home ground of Baku Olympic Stadium, APA reports.
"Qarabag" took the lead in the early stages of the match, with Abdellah Zoubir finding the net in the 7th minute. Bahlul Mustafazadeh extended the lead to 2-0 during the additional time of the first half.
In the second half, the Azerbaijan Champions continued to outperform their rival. Redon Xhixha increased the lead to 3-0 in the 49th minute of the match, and Marko Janković scored the final goal, making it 4-0.
Notably, the first game, held in Gibraltar, resulted in "Qarabag" securing a victory (2-1).
With these results, "Qarabag" progresses to the next stage of the Champions League. They will face Poland's "Raków" as their next opponent in this stage.
