Baku. Musa Ahmadov – APA-Economics. As of August 1, 2015, the mortgage lending given via Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund stood at AZN 65.2 mln, down 2.25% or AZN 1.5 mln from a year earlier.
Central Bank of Azerbaijan told APA-Economics that compared to June, the government mortgage lending rose AZN 8.7 mln or 15.4% in July.
AZN 5.3 mln was allocated from state budget to the AMF in July.
In January-July, AMF refinanced AZN 48.9 mln-mortgage loans. AMF issued AZN 10 mln-bonds in July.

Regarding AMF mortgage portfolio, as of August 1, 2015, the authorized credit organizations gave AZN 40,6997.8 for average period of 279.7 monhths, interest rate of 6.72$ and monthly payment of AZN 297.5
