Foreign direct investments in Azerbaijan amounted to USD 7 bln last year

Last year, foreign direct investments (FDI) in Azerbaijan amounted to 7 billion dollars. The repatriation of direct foreign investments was 7.2 billion dollars, said Director of the Statistics Department of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, Samir Nasirov during a briefing, APA reports.

Foreign direct investments from Azerbaijan abroad amounted to 1.8 billion dollars. The most invested countries include the UAE, Türkiye, the United Kingdom, and Georgia.
