In February 2025, the consumer price index in Azerbaijan increased by 5.5% compared to February 2024, including a 5.7% increase in food products, beverages, and tobacco products, a 2.7% increase in non-food products, and a 7.4% increase in paid services provided to the population, APA-Economics reports citing the State Statistics Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
It was noted that in February 2025, the consumer price index increased by 0.7% compared to the previous month, and in January-February, it increased by 5.4% compared to the corresponding period of the previous year.
