An extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Azerbaijan International Bank (ABB) OJSC was held on September 30, 2026, APA reports.
In accordance with Article 8.10 of ABB OJSC’s Charter, voting was conducted remotely through personal accounts created on the Investor Portal by Azerbaijan’s National Depository Center.
As a result of the voting, First Deputy Minister of Finance of Azerbaijan Anar Mehman Karimov was elected a member of ABB OJSC’s Supervisory Board for a three-year term.
Decisions were also adopted on amendments to ABB OJSC’s Charter and the Regulations on the Supervisory Board of ABB OJSC.
