The US Central Command (CENTCOM) said on Thursday that its naval blockade of Iran has prevented at least $25 billion worth of crude oil exports over the past 100 days, APA reports.
In a statement on X, CENTCOM said the operation had restricted the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ (IRGC) ability to finance "proxy militias, criminal networks and terrorism."
The command added that no maritime exports or imports to Iran had taken place during this period, except for humanitarian aid authorized by US forces.
