In January-July of this year, the volume of trade turnover of Baku City decreased by 1,5% compared to the relevant period of 2019 and equaled to AZN 11 741,6 mln., the Baku City Statistics Department told APA-Economics.
The value of the food products, beverages and tobacco products sold in trade network increased by 2,5% compared top relevant period of previous year and equaled to AZN 5 682,5 mln., while the volume of non-food products decreased by 4,5% and equaled to AZN 6 059,1 mln. 30,6% of the consumption products were sold in the enterprises with legal entity status, 46,4% - in trade facilities owned by individual entrepreneurs, while 23% - in food markets of the capital city.
