Azerbaijan increases state budget incomes by 39%

State Statistical Committee budget surplus made AZN 1,066.8 mln or 5.1% of GDP.

15.8% of budget incomes came from legal entities income tax, 13% - from VAT, 4.6% - individualsâ€™ income tax, 3% - from excise, 4.1% - from foreign economic taxes, 2.8% - from other taxes, 56.7% - from tax-free incomes.

AZN 2,222.2 mln (39.3%) were spent to economic development, AZN 838.4 mln (14.8%) â€“ to populationâ€™s social protection and social security, AZN 634.9 mln (11.2%) â€“ to education and health.

25.3% of expenditures (AZN 1,431.6 mln) made salaries, pensions and benefits.
