He noted that, the problems with the process were solved and the repayments would be completed until 2013.

It was noted that, the Commission received 1,080 applications and these were related to lost and unfit saving books. After relevant researches, Special Commission has passed positive decision about 976 applications and. About 104 applications the Commission passed a decision on returning of these applications to Kapital Bank for additional researches.

He also noted that, the process was controlled seriously and several employees of Kapital Bank were punished.

Management of Kapital Bank, as well representations of Ministries of finance, Justice, Internal Affairs, Economic Development, Labour and Populationâ€™s Social Protection, SSPF and State Committee on Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons in the Commission attended the meeting.
