Texnikabank changes the composition of Observation Council

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. Todayâ€™s extraordinary meeting of Technikabankâ€™s shareholders has approved new composition of the Observation Council.

Under the decision of shareholders, Ismayilov Rovshan Ismayil has been appointed chairman of the Observation Council, Murshudlu Fuad Alakbar and Agayev Rauf Mammad had been appointed members of the Council.

Technikabank was established in 1993. It has 35 branches and 637 employees across the country.
