IBA automatizes management of resources

Baku. Vahab Rzayev – APA-Economics. International Bank of Azerbaijan completes application of management module of resources on the basis of Naumen Service Desk solution of Russian Naumen Company, said the bank’s spokesman Hamid Nuriyev.
IBA is only bank that applies ITIL (Information Technologies Infrastructure Library) processes on the basis of Naumen Service Desk solution. ITIL processes can be applied in all spheres of services. Bank plans to complete automatization processes of administrative and economic activity by the end of this year.
