FinMinister Samir Sharifov says from June 1, the returning process has started and Kapital Bank received 25,000 applications up to this day: â€˜Of them lump sum payment was carried out on 10,000. Other 15,000 â€“ are under investigation by special commission. In general, we expect this process to lat until the end of the current yearâ€™.

The minister also added that IDPs also apply and they will obtain savings account passbook after the relevant investigation of the special commission,
