Azerbaijan was represented at the meeting by Chief of Finance-Currency Department of Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Nazim Aliyev.

Georgian, Ukrainian, Azerbaijani and Moldovan representatives discussed budget-2013, made some corrections. The document was sent to member-states for passing trough interstate procedures.

Moreover, financial experts are also working on GUAMâ€™s financial resolution.
