Xalg Bank starts fulfilment of mortgage program

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. Azerbaijan-based Xalg Bank starts financing of mortgage loans on its own account.

Bank says according to terms of mortgage loans, the clients can buy houses in primary and secondary market by paying 30% of market value of the property.

Maximum sum for mortgage loan is AZN 200,000, period â€“ 25 years, minimum annual interest rate 12%.

Age limit is from 23 to pension age.
