State budget’s income increases by 38%, expenditures – by 31%

Consequently, surpluss made AZN 305.9 mln, Ministry of Finance told APA.

According to Ministry, receipts of state budget were fulfilled by 100.9%, up AZN 4,297.6 mln or 37.7% from 2010: “Ministry of Taxes has transferred AZN 5,472.0 mln by fulfilling income forecast by 106%, up AZN 1,179.2 mln or 27.5% from 2010. State Customs Committee transferred AZN 1,141.5 mln by fulfilling the forecast by 100.1%”.

Totally, AZN 87.1 mln or 70.7% upper than forecast was transferred to the state budget.

State Oil Fund has transferred AZN 9 bln to the state budget.

State budget’s expenditures were fulfilled by 96.6% in 2011, up AZN 3,628.8 mln or 30.8% from 2010: “AZN 7,190.7 mln or 46.7% of budget expenditures were spent to current expenses, up 8.2% or AZN 544.4 mln from 2010”.

AZN 7,860.9 mln or 51.1% of budget expenditures were directed to capital expenditure, up 2,833.0 mln or 56.3% from 2010: “AZN 5,854.0 mln of these funds were directed to state capital investments, AZN 2,006.9 mln – to purchase of capital funds for budgetary entities”.

2.2% of budget expenditures or AZN 343.1 mln went to services to public debts, up 3.7 times or AZN 252.4 mln.

“AZN 4,340.1 mln went to financing of social costs, up 17.2% or AZN 637 mln from 2010”.

At the same time, AZN 5,854.0 mln went to social projects, AZN 729.5 mln – to constructin of objects, AZN 5,124.5 mln – to construction of objects such as water, gas supply, energy, melioration infrastructures and purchases other relevant equipments.

Note that, budget deficit made AZN 363.5 mln in 2010.
