Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-Economics. Azerbaijan State Committee for Securities has registered the emission prospectus of book entry shares of Amrah Sigorta OJSC.
According to SCC, face value is AZN 200, quantity – 5,000, volume – AZN 1 mln.
After placement, the authorized capital will increase by 28.6% to AZN 4.5 mln.
Remind that, Amrah Sigorta has been in operation since 1993.
