Milli Majlis finishes discussion of sate budget project

MP Yevda Abramov spoke about the problems of mountainous villages of Guba.

MP Ahliman Amiraslanov noted that, budget project reflected positive changes in it: â€œBudget is social. THE funds allocated for science and education were increased. However, it needs to be increased, more. If we donâ€™t construct hospitals, bring equipments these can be changed to problemsâ€.

MP Musa Guliyev stated that, the realities were considered in the budget, sufficiently. He also offered to apply compulsory health insurance in state budget. He also noted that, the VAT on medicines had to be abolished.

MP Bakhtiyar Aliyev said that, the programs for social development were compiled necessarily.

MP Sabir Rustamkhanli spoke about the problems of Yardimli region. He also spoke about the indifferences of officials.

MP Elmir Akhundova noted that, it was important to increase the wages of education and medical workers.

MP Gular Ahmedova stated that, definition of kindergartens would not be changed after privatization.

MP Fattah Heydarov noted that budget project was developed universally and all problems were taken into consideration.

MP Chingiz Ganizadeh noted that, the funds for health and education had to have forecasted ratio. He noted that, the medical points in the villages had bad situations. Besides, drainage network must be constructed, irrigation of saline lands must be realized. There is much displeasure about Azerenergy.

MPs Gulchora Mammadova, Ilham Mammadov, Rafig Mammadhasanov, HAdi Rajabli, Aydin Mirzezadeh, Leyla Abdullayeva, Eldar GUliyev, Sevinc Huseynova, Rufa Guliyev, Sevinc Fataliyeva, Sattar Mehbaliyev, Ilyas Ismayilov and Musa Gasimli spoke about the problems of the regions. Discussions of state budget project were finished.

Budget project will be resubmitted to Parliament for consideration 10 days later.
