Inflation in Azerbaijan drops to 8.4%

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. In September, 2011, consumer goods prices and service tariffs rose 1.1%, as well food prices â€“ 1.9%, non-food prices â€“ 0.4% and service tariffs â€“ 0.1% in comparison to September.

According to State Statistical Committee, the inflation made 8.4%, including food prices ended up 11.4%, non-food prices â€“ 2.8%, service tariffs 4.5% in January-September, 2011, compared to e year earlier.
