Positive balance of foreign trade turnover decreases by 20%

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. State Statistical Committee says that the volume of trade operations with 146 countries reached $ 23.7 bln in January-August, 2011.

$4 bln of commodity exchange was realized with the CIS-member states, $19.7 bln â€“ with other countries.

In the reporting period, $17.8 bln-goods were exported and $ 5.9 bln â€“ imported to the country.

The export operations rose 28%, import increased by 47.5% compared to a year ago.

The positive balance of foreign trade made $11.9.
