Azerbaijan not to reach post-crisis level in foreign trade sphere next year, too

Next year, Azerbaijanâ€™s foreign trade turnover is forecasted to reach $36.3 bln. Thus, export will make $26.6 bln, import - $9.7 bln: â€œ92.4% of total export will be made by oil and gas sectorâ€.

As it seen, average monthly volume of foreign trade turnover of Azerbaijan is expected at $3.025 bln, whereas, this indicator was $2.942 bln in January-July, 2011 and $2.325 bln in 2010.

Despite year by year increase of trade turnover, this indicator can not reach the level before the crisis. Thus, the volume of foreign trade turnover of Azerbaijan made $54.9 bln in 2008.
