Mega SÄ±gorta intends to increase premiums by 3 times

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. Azerbaijanâ€™s Mega Sigorta company intends to reach the volume of collections to AZN 1 mln by the year-end, up 3.3 times from a year earlier, board chairman efgan Murtuzayev said.

To him, the most premiums will be collected on â€œCar insuranceâ€, â€œProperty insuranceâ€ and â€œCompulsory motor vehicle liability insuranceâ€.

Murtuzayev noted that in January-September,2011, total volume of insurance premiums stood at AZN 240,000, insurance payments â€“ AZN 33,000.

Remind that, Mega Sigorta company started to operate in 1998 as Nakhchivan Sigorta. In 2001, it changed brand and since October, 2010, the company functions as Mega Sigorta. The company renders services on 23 voluntary and 4 compulsory insurance types.
