Baku. Ali Ahmedov – APA-Economics. AZN 7.5 mln mortgage loan was given to the population, in September, Azerbaijan, said AMF. Totally, AZN 68.8 mln mortgage loan was given during 9 months of 2011.
Thus, the mortgage loan given via AMF since 2006, reached AZN 318.5 mln. As of October 1, 2011, per head mortgage loan reached AZN 34.9. For comparison note that, this sum made AZN 27.2 at the beginning of 2011, AZN 34.1 – on September 1.
Besides, AZN 6.3 mln-loan was refinanced by AMF, during the accounting month, up 5% from August. AZN 50.6 ml-loan was refinanced in September-August. Totally, AZN 226.6 mln or 71.1% of mortgage loans has been refinanced so far. AZN 1.2 mln was allocated to AMF from state budget. Consequently, AZN 15.4 mln was allocated to the state budget during 9 months.
AMF has placed AZN 13 mln-bonds in the bourse. Volume of the Fund’s bonds placed in January-September, reached AZN 60 mln.
