The meeting discussed petition about kickout of BSE’s Board Chairman Khayal Abdinov. On the basis of the Supervisory Board’s decision, Head of Risk Management Group Emin Aliyev was intrusted to act as a chairman of BSE’s board of directors.
BSE shareholder meeting is decided to hold on November 18.
Note that, Aliyev was born in 1978. He educated at Baku State University in 1996-2000, Italy’s Siena University in 2000-2001, State Management Academy under President of Republic of Azerbaijan (SMA) in 2003-2007. He has worked in banking system, local and foreign securities markets and financial consulting spheres since 2005. He is married, has a son.
