Press service of the ministry told APA that at present time, on the basis of these appeals the court has imposed a ban on the departure of one citizen of Turkey. At the same time Baku Tax Department, after providing a similar decision against the taxpayers six (3 and 3 foreigners Azeris) are already listed in the budget confiscated assets of debtors.

Note that, the temporary ban imposed on taxpayers in debt in accordance with the Law on â€œExecutionâ€.

Baku Tax Department of the Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan has imposed a ban in relation to 50 individuals. Tax Ministry has also requested the relevant departments of the Ministry of Justice to suspend the right to travel another 10 foreign nationals and 40 citizens of Azerbaijan on August 17, 2011.
