Standard Insuranceâ€™s premiums to increase by 20% this year

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. Azerbaijan-based Standard Insurance Company foresees to collect AZN 10 mln insurance premium, in 2011, up 20% from year earlier, said the Deputy Chairman of Board of Directors Aydin Rahmanov.

According to Rahmanov, most of premiums will come from Vehicle insurance, Property insurance and Compulsory Insurance of civil responsibility of vehicle owners.

He also noted that, the profit would reach AZN 2.5 mln.

Remind that, Standard Insurance has been in operation since October, 2002. The company operates 5 compulsory and 24 voluntary insurance types.
