According to Safarov, former chairman of Board of Directors Said Huseynov and his deputies were dismissed.

Safarov said that, this issue was also agreed with Ministry of Finance: â€œNew chairman is expected to appoint to this post, recentlyâ€.

Note that, chairman of Board of Directors is expected to be Fuad Safarov.

Note that, Revan Sigorta has been in operation since 1998 (former Double Insurance Company). Then the company was renamed to Star Alyans Insurance Company. IN 2009, it was renamed to Revan Sigorta.

As of September 1, 2011, the authorized capital made AZN 3 mln.
