Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev – APA-Economics. Azerbaijan-based A-Group Insurance Company earned ANZ 5.754 mln insurance premium during January-October, 2010, down 0.02% compared with a year ago, spokesman of the company Rashid Huseynov told APA.
According to him company’s payments on insurance risks increased by 0.25 to AZN 4.473 mln (91%), during the same period.
Most of the premiums came from Health Insurance (AZN 5.245 mln), Motor vehicle insurance (4.6%) and Property Inssurance (1.8%).
Most of the payments went to Health Insurance (95%) and Motor vehicles insurance (4.12%).
A-Group has been in existence since 1995. The company operates 14 voluntary and 4 compulsory insurance types.
