German police launched a number of anti-terror raids in Frankfurt, Germany's financial capital, arresting one suspect over an alleged plan to carry out an attack, APA reported citing Handelsblatt Global.
Three men were also arrested during raids in Berlin on terrorism-related charges.
Over 54 properties in the cities of Frankfurt, Offenbach, Darmstadt and Wiesbaden in the state of Hesse were raided by police early Wednesday morning, according to Frankfurt’s state prosecutor.
