Ukrainian General Staff of Armed Forces has said that despite numerous losses, the Russian Army has not given up its main purpose - seizure of Kyiv, Ministry wrote on Facebook, APA reports citing Unian.net.
"Despite numerous losses and decrease of attack tempo, the enemy does not give up its main target - seizure of Kyiv. The enemy is resisted by defense forces of the city," noted the Ministry.
It has also been added that attacks in the direction of Polesia, Chomutovka, Hlukhiv, and Mariupol cities have been defeated.
The Ukrainian side has noted that the Russian Army has not given up its attempts to seize Mykolaiv and Mariupol cities either.
