Ukraine has received approximately 2.3 billion euros in financial resources from the European Union, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine said in a statement, APA reports, citing Evropeyskaya Pravda.
The statement notes that €2.3 billion was transferred to Ukraine’s state budget from the European Union under the Ukraine Facility financial instrument. Of this amount, €2.1 billion is in the form of loans, while €200 million is grant funding.
It was reported that the allocated funds will be directed toward financing the state’s priority social and humanitarian expenditures.
