UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson said that Britain has concluded that Iran was responsible for last week attacks on oil facilities in Saudi Arabia, APA reports citing Sputnik.

"We will be working with our American friends and our European friends to construct a response that tries to de-escalate tensions in the Gulf region," Boris Johnson said.

Note that two drones attacked Saudi Aramco oil facilities on 14 September, causing a major fire and partially disrupting oil production. The incident was claimed by Yemen's Houthis, but the US put the blame on Iran. Tehran has strongly denied all the allegations.
