The time of today's talks between the Ukrainian and Russian delegations has been set, Advisor to the Ukrainian Presidential Office Mikhail Podolyak wrote on Twitter, APA reports.
"Negotiations with the Russian Federation. The third round. It starts at 16.00 Kyiv time. The composition of the delegation has not changed ...," he said.
The meeting will start at 18:00 Baku time.

The Russian delegation arrived in Belarus with the same composition and is expected to hold talks with Ukraine in the coming hours, a source close to the talks told TASS, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
"The delegation has arrived at the place, and negotiations will begin soon. We are clarifying the information from the Ukrainian side, "he said.
According to the source, the third round of talks with the Ukrainian side will take place in Belovezhskaya Pushcha as planned: "The venue has not changed."
Notably, delegations of the Russian Federation and Ukraine have already held two rounds of talks in Belarus. The Russian delegation is headed by an Aide to President Vladimir Medinsky.
