“Calling Russia an enemy would be a political statement that would later require concrete steps," Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze said in response to a question from journalists of the opposition TV Pirveli and Formula channels asking, “Is Russia an enemy?”, APA’s local bureau reports.

The Prime Minister described the question as shameful and said that the television channels were branches of foreign agents.

Kobakhidze also noted that Russia is the only state that has occupied Georgian territories.

“Russia has occupied 20 percent of Georgia’s territory. This is a fact and an outright crime against the Georgian state and people,” he added.
